IM SANDY LOU :)

Hello, beautiful people! I’m Sandy Lou—a safeguarding- and mental-health-certified advisor who can balance a spreadsheet before breakfast, belt out the alphabet backwards by lunch, and headline Wembley by dusk (yes, really).

After 19 years of shaping minds in education, raising a spirited family, and volunteering in my local community, my lifelong love of people finally out-sang my love of ledgers.

Today, Dear Sandy Lou is my pastel-toned digital parlour where every letter is handled like fine china—carefully, respectfully, and with genuine warmth.

My mission? To help you untangle life’s knots with clarity, courage, and a dash of gold-flecked wit. Pull up a virtual chair, pour a soothing cuppa, and let’s turn your worries into action-packed plans together.
